The friendly staff welcomed us with fresh fruits, and they continued to bring fruits every time we dined at the restaurant. The food they prepared was incredibly delicious; we ate exclusively there! The day before our trip, an a/c gave me a cold, and I arrived with a terrible cough. The staff brought me hot water with ginger and honey several times a day, such caring attention that pleasantly surprised me. They literally cured my cough; a huge thank you! And the icing on the cake is the cat that lives on the premises. He became so attached to us, spending entire days with us and even sleeping at night. An unexpected dose of feline therapy, just what we needed! The hospitality and service were outstanding; we enjoyed it immensely. It was hard to leave, and we really hope to come back for a longer stay someday. Words cannot express how satisfied and grateful we truly are. P.S.: Also, just a 15-minute drive away, there's a wonderful spa (Nibi Spa) with a eucalyptus sauna and one of the best massages I've ever had. Highly recommend a visit.

It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like staying with friends who happen to be excellent hosts. A small but brilliant touch was the Welcome Book in our room. Now, I’m a logical guy—former project manager—so I really appreciated how well-thought-out and practical it was. It’s situated right in the riverfront and the staff is amazing. They serve the best pancakes we’ve had in our trip. It’s a few kilometers out of town, but not a problem if you have a moped or taxi is cheap. The host helped us out with moped, routes and maps of where to go as well as transfer at a reasonable price. They also have 2 cute and friendly dogs that run around the property.
