The room was lovely and big and really well equipped. Loved the fact that there was a gorgeous pool just outside the room. It was perfect after a day of tourism and very quiet. The breakfast was nice and the restaurant served lovely food. Staff members were really helpful.

You can literally jump into the pool from your room, take a swim and get out to be back in your room again (We didn't do it because it was December, but definitely do it if your are in Laos during the hotter months). The rooms are spacious and perfect for couples. The staff is warm, polite and always there to attend to your requests. We loved the regular supply of delicious mangoes in the breakfast everyday! I have stayed in many high-end hotels with generic breakfast, but the breakfast here tasted better, even if the breakfast spread is not huge. I found an adorable cat sitting outside our room in the balcony. The cat didn't want to leave us, and neither did we, but cat lovers can expect a pleasant surprise, though not everyday. The location is just the right distance from the center of Luan Prabang, which can be quite crowded over the weekends. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is a great option.
