We initially booked AHAVAH just because we had an early morning boat tour nearby, but the room was so comfortable and the hosts so welcoming that I wish we could have stayed longer. Ashley was super responsive and helpful from the moment I made the booking, and his entire family is friendly and welcoming. The homemade breakfast was top notch, and they were kind enough to prepare it early so that we could enjoy it before heading out on the boat tour. The facilities were clean and we had everything we could have needed, including a washing machine, mosquito repellent for night (definitely needed), and good wifi. Highly recommend!

Kerstan the host was excellent and could not have been more helpful. She is ver approachable and gave us great tips about places to go and where to eat. She even booked us a table ahead of time as we were arriving over Christmas. Kerstan suggested excursions and even dropped us to the boat. We would definitely recommend Casa Frangipani to anyone coming to Mauritius

Food: the food is cooked with love, with a perfect fusion of Mauritian and Thai cuisine. Staff: the family that owns this place has poured all their heart into it! Overall, we had a wonderful time. We will be back.
