The hotel features historic architecture, a gourmet restaurant offering views of Zócalo Plaza and the National Palace as well as free WiFi. Incredible stained glass ceiling and interior. Fantastic views of Zocalo from the terrace. Warm welcome from staff that were very helpful. Welcome drink and lovely surprise in the room on arrival. Huge choice at breakfast. Comfortable lounge for residents to relax in. Great central location.

Situated right next to the National Cathedral, where Moctezuma's Palace once stood, this hotel in downtown Mexico City offers convenient amenities such as free on-site parking and a beautiful restaurant overlooking the famous Zocalo plaza. The location is the best! This area has so much to offer - so many historic sites, tours, restaurants, shopping and it's a very safe to walk around. The breakfast in the restaurant on the 6th floor was really nice. You have your choice of the buffet or you can order a la carte and we did both. The staff, especially Estaban, are extremely friendly. The 24 hour cafe on the main floor of the hotel was also a pleasant surprise! This was included in our stay at no extra charge. They had a variety of drinks (including beer), sandwiches, salads, soups, and snacks. It was nice to have fridge with cold bottles of water on our room level as well.

It's a nice modern, clean place. I felt very comfortable. Fully stacked kitchen. Filtered drinking water. Hot water and good water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Smart TV. I was a bit hestitant to book at first because I read reviews complaining about the traffic noise. So, before my sta, I came in and asked if they could show me a room so I could judge for myself. They showed me a room on the first floor facing the street. I didn't think the noise was bad at all. My actual room ended up being on the top floor (8th floor), and I barely heard anything from there. I'm glad I came here and would certainly book again.
