They had air-conditioning and a fan which was nice. They had free parking in front of their house which was very convenient.The cenote was a block away . Restaurants and plaza were in walking distance. For the price it was great. Would return.

It has a pool, a nice kitchen, good places to hang out. And the rooms (although some guests like to use their phones without pods or headphones) are great. Private. Shower was really good. And the rooms are nice and cool. Staff were really nice as well.

Very easy to find just across the beach, 5 minutes or so nearby to a variety of options to have a great meal and the property it's what we look for to escape from the city.
