Rooms are very modern and clean, feel like a hotel room. Hot water and heated blankets were a bonus. Dining area was very cosy with lots of seating and delicious food. Owner was extremely helpful throughout our stay and helped to arrange a guide for us.

The family who runs the guest house is warm and welcoming and make you feel at home. The food is great! I had a room with private bathroom and it was very comfortable. Location is very good, in the entrance to the village and I could take daily hikes from there easily.

This is a fantastic hotel, and probably the best one I stayed at, during my EBC trek. They have the standard NPR 1500 rooms with no bathroom. But I highly suggest booking their $50 private bathroom rooms. Those are still so much cheaper than the motels in the US which cost over $120 a night. But these rooms have fantastic views, balcony, private bathrooms with really nice hot showers, power sockets, free WiFi, electric blankets etc. The food was the best I've eaten on that trail. Tenzin, the young owner, was in the hospitality industry before opening this place, and it shows. The Bruschetta was excellent as was the filtered coffee. Whereas you would get instant coffee at other places for NPR 250 to 450, this place gives you real coffee press coffee, with the beans sourced from local farmers. The Chicken sizzler was just excellent and around NPR 849 ($6). You would get dal Bhaat for that price at some other hotels. I loved this place so much that i stayed 2 nights on my way up to EBC and 1 night on my way down. For context, I did the EBC in 10 whole days, traveling solo, with no porters or guides. Highly recommended!

Hotel Sherpa Village mette a disposizione alloggi a Khumjung. In questo hotel a 4 stelle ogni alloggio ha una vista sulla montagna e gli ospiti possono fruire di un giardino e un bar. Avevo già pernottato qui all’inizio del Three Passes Trek e non posso che confermare le ottime sensazioni della prima volta. Questa volta ero da solo in struttura. La cucina secondo me è pazzesca, i gestori gentilissimi. Letti comodi, zona ristoro ben curata. Si trova proprio nel centro di Namche, per cui è anche bello andare a farsi due passi nel tempo libero. Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo.

Ubicato a Lukla, Mountain View Lodge offre un bar. Con WiFi gratuito, questo hotel a 4 stelle offre il servizo in camera e una reception 24 ore su 24. Struttura veramente bella a Lukla! Non l’ho trovata subito ma basta chiedere ai locali che vi indirizzano al posto giusto. Stanza bella, letti comodi con coperte calde. Ho prenotato la stanza con bagno e doccia in camera. Il punto forte sono i gestori che mi hanno supportato con i voli di rientro verso Kathmandu. L’atmosfera poi è veramente conviviale e allegra perché solitamente chi alloggia a Lukla ha completato il proprio percorso nel Sagarmatha National Park. Che dire, raccomandato!!
