It felt lovely and secluded, perfect location for enjoying a couple of nights on Waiheke for our honeymoon! The deck was really nice to sit out on with a glass of wine and a book. The shower was also good with decent pressure.

This is a sunny, warm two bedroom cottage, in a central location - an easy 5 minute walk from the centre of Oneroa village. Rooms are light and bright, and the bathroom is fairly new and immaculately clean (as is the whole cottage). There is a heatpump for cooler days and good airflow with open wndows for hotter days. The cottage has a good deck for evening use during summer stays and a garden area in the front which is surprisingly private. The road itself is quiet and the whole experience is restful. The road is close to AT bus routes, so getting around without a car is pretty straightforward - it is a short run from the ferry terminal on the main bus route, for example. Decent sized fridge/freezer and a microwave in the kitchen. No oven but there is a portable double element unit in the cupboard for cooking with.

Host was lovely and great with communication, easy check in and check out with a complimentary drive to the ferry terminal, which was very generous!

We absolutely loved this property, the only downside was we did not stay longer. It was a wonderful retreat set amongst the trees. The house is absolutely stunning, the images doesnt do it justice. If you in Waiheke this house is not to be missed.

Easy parking beside home. 2 friendly little dogs welcomed us. Colin and Aitu made us all a gin & tonic while we sat in their garden chatting before we headed out for our dinner. Colin also driver/operator of his taxi. Definitely would stay again
