La camera era ampia e silenziosa, fresca grazie al condizionatore, pulita ed affacciata sul fiume e su una piazzetta sottostante. La camera era anche estremamente silenziosa, non ci siamo accorti degli altri ospiti fino a vederli a colazione, e non abbiamo sentito rumori provenire da fuori. A piedi in meno di 10 minuti si visita il centro, con ristoranti, bar e negozietti di artigianato.

Casa Micaela si trova a Iquitos e prevede WiFi gratuito, piscina all’aperto, giardino e terrazza. C’è un parcheggio privato disponibile sul posto. Struttura appena fuori dall’aeroporto, casa accogliente e pulita. C’è a disposizione la cucina dove ti puoi preparare la colazione. Uova, marmellata, pane e burro sempre disponibili.

Gli host Pablo e Lorena sono persone molto gentili, accoglienti e disponibili. Il progetto è a gestione familiare ed è una chicca rispetto al resto offerto da Iquitos. Posto molto bello, in riva al fiume, ubicato alla fine di un paesino di pescatori, santo Tomas. La struttura offre la possibilità di navigare il fiume in canoa o in barca, o di fare escursioni nella selva. La struttura mette a disposizione un'area relax con amache dove si può ammirare il fiume e i dintorni in tranquillità. Piccola nota negativa, il paesino di santo Tomas che precede la struttura può essere un po' rumoroso, e la musica ad alto volume potrebbe contrastare con la quiete della struttura. Viene servito pesce fresco pescato in giornata. Colazione e pranzo semplici, non molto abbondanti, ma buoni.

The owners were very welcoming and beyond kind. I had some very bad events before coming in and their kindness felt like a gift. I needed to feel safe in a clean space and that is what I got. They have beautiful energy, real human angels 🫶🏻 I would return again and highly recommend.

We spent the night in Iquitos either side of our trip out to an Amazon lodge, we loved our stay here and even looked forward to returning after our trip. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful and clearly pride themselves on delivering a nice stay to all their guests. The showers we hot and the aircon was great after coming from a cooler climate to the heat of the jungle. Breakfast was nice and fresh and the young man at reception helped us organise laundry and airport transfers very helpful, thank you for our stay!

Amazon Dream Hostel with AC and Starlink è un alloggio situato a Iquitos e presenta una sala comune e un ristorante. Questo affittacamere offre camere familiari. The location was very central, exactly where you want to be if you are staying in Iquitos as a launching pad into the jungle. The view from the rooms are stunning. Nothing like waking up to the sunrise over the river. Chip was an excellent host and very helpful when it came to tips for what to do, where to go and what to expect for my jungle adventure.

Directly on the banks of the Amazon, these lovely secure, air conditioned apartments and studios have free Fibre Optic and Starlink WIFI. Bellissima vista sulla foresta, si trova in zona pedonale quindi non ci sono rumori esterni. Aria condizionata che ti salva dall’afa di Iquitos. Deposito bagagli per più giorni.

Clean, cheap, friendly, bilingual ownership. They found a cake for my birthday and cooked cayman meat we found in the market. Made great Pisco Sours. Cleaned our clothes (which we desperately needed). Give them a try!

We had a nice stay here for x4 nights before our tour of the Amazon. It was nice to be somewhere peaceful so that we could properly relax & rest before our adventure. The hosts are very friendly too, the room was clean & the air conditioning & Wi-Fi worked well. The price also includes breakfast, and so we felt like it was good value. Many thanks. ✨🦥
