John sorted us out with a motorbike too all extremely seamless 🙏🏼🙏🏼 couldn’t recommend enough for a long or short stay ! The property was located in a very safe place, with access to shops and restaurants all around so a prime location.

Everything about the property was as advertised. The staff was very friendly and help me find a surfing, instructor, where to do laundry and even get a massage everyone was always very attentive and friendly.

We had such a great experience staying at ALON Cloud 9 Hotel. Even before we arrived, Julius got in touch with us to help arrange our airport pickup, which made everything so easy. He was super friendly and helpful the entire time, always ready to give us tips on where to go and what to see around the island. The rooms were really spacious and pretty — we loved how clean and fresh they were every single day. Big shoutout to Edna and her team for the amazing breakfast every morning. It was such a nice way to start the day. And the location? Perfect. It’s right in front of the Cloud 9 boardwalk, and the best part is that the hotel has its own private entrance to the beach — no need to pay the 100 pesos entrance fee every time. That was a huge plus!
