Shout out to Zubaida from the reception who was able to fix our slight concerns immediately ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend Hotel One Swat.

It was a great experience, the staff especially was so wonderful, the interior designing of the villa is beautiful and detailed, the facilities are above and beyond, truly felt like i was at the comfort of my own home, the chef made wonderful home cooked meals, all in all, perfect. The staff are very attentive and I was so happy they accommodated my dietary needs. The food was great especially the grilled trout. We had 5 people in our group and there was plenty of room. The security guard for the Villa took us on a lovely walk along the river and we encountered a fisherman and some goats. The view from the terrace and the outdoor area was beautiful day and night. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool although the weather was milder than I expected.
