We were pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded because we were celebrating a birthday. Our room was very spacious, modern and clean. It is good value for money for sure. Very attentive employees, they made our stay very very special. They made sure we had everything we needed. And the everyday housekeeping was a bonus. The sunsets from our balcony was soo beautiful. And we slept amazing on these huge beds. For us girlies, it made us happy that the mirrors were big too.

Perfect location for the airport, just a 10 minute safe walk to the terminal building. We booked last minute due to flight cancellation and instructions to access the property were clear. The property was very clean and exactly what we needed, a bonus was the coffee, sandwich and juice supplied and the use of a fridge! Will certainly stay again if needed by the airport.

We cannot offer enough praise for The Rebello. From the first moment, we received the warmest welcome and the utmost assistance at the front desk. We were helped to our room — an unexpected upgrade to a commanding river view — and introduced to all amenities which encompassed an all-inclusive mini-bar. We paid a visit to the restaurant/bar and were assisted by the most extraordinary Claudia for whom nothing was too much trouble. Our meals were prepared exactly to our liking due to Claudia’s willingness to communicate with the kitchen and the kitchen’s willingness to accommodate us. The next day, breakfast was similarly pleasing. We stayed only one night but that was enough to make us wish we had arrived much earlier. The hotel is a short walk to the dock for Uniworld and other river boats. Staff even offered to take our bags there for us! We love you guys at the Rebello!
