The room was cosy, the toilet was clean, big and private without being cagy. The staff said yes to every desire of ours, can't thank them enough. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise of deliciousness and variety. The view was breathtaking, lush greenery and the view of lake kivu from up top was awesome.

The staff was very responsive and helped guide us to their location easily. The views were amazing and the location is close to the Lake and good restaurants. The staff cooks delicious breakfast as well. Highly recommend.

The hotel owner, manager & staff were extremely helpful. Olivier was kind enough to pick me up at bus station and drop me at bus station when I left. Olivier has been helping me even after I left. Providing me with information when I was in other cities. Breakfast in the garden was amazing & refreshing. The garden so beautiful. I could't ask for a better stay and for better hosts who cared about making me happy and comfortable. If I come back to Rwanda, I would definitely go back.
