They listen to our needs and reacted in a prompt way. Location is good. East coast park and Joo Chiat Road are very close to the hotel. Morning walk alone the beach with locals is a very nice experience.

Staff (Jona, Cora and Edmar) did an amazing job making my stay comfortable, responding super fast to questions and requests as well as sorting out a few practicalities with the room. The Concierge and check in experience is digital, but Jona made this as smooth as going digital can be - that is, no problem at all! Price appears to be reasonable for the size of the room and Singapore in general. Location is also top notch!

I stayed for nearly a week and loved it. The location is very convenient.
