Old City Guest House bevindt zich in Sukhothai, op 7 minuten lopen van Sukhothai Historical Park, en biedt accommodatie met een gedeelde lounge en gratis privéparkeren. The guest house is just a very short walk from the historic park and the weekend night market. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom designed so that the shower water was contained and didn't make the entire floor wet. A refrigerator was a nice touch. And there was coffee, toast and cookies in the morning -- not exactly breakfast but something to hold you over until you can walk to one of the many nearby restaurants.

Comfortable bed, clean rooms and bathroom, loveliest owners who even picked us up and dropped us off at the old town, free bikes (which were in very good condition), just loved everything about our stay here!!! What a wonderful experience, starting from the owners and employees attentiveness, to the cleanliness of the property, until the perfection of the bungalows. The owners and the employees were always ready to provide a nice smile and support, when needed. Breakfast was everyday different, with always western and Thai varieties. There was also an active request from the owner, to see if there were dietary restrictions and if anything should be adjusted. There’s no lunch or dinner available at the property. The overall property has a very relaxing atmosphere, with a very leafy garden and clean pool. The bungalow has a very spacious and luxurious feel, with a big bathroom that holds a bath and shower. The location is very quiet and nice, however if you don’t have your own car, it might be more tricky to get around. The neighbourhood has a very restaurant, “Sweet rice café”, which serves the best authentic Thai food in Sukhothai and delicious homemade ice-Cream and (on the spot made) desserts. It takes up to 3’ walk from the property. If you have a craving for a nice coffee with a light lunch, you can go to “Take a break”, which is also only a small walk away.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Come with free bikes which was nice for traversing around the town. The owner lady is very sweet.

This is one of the most beautiful farm villas we have ever experienced. The setting is absolutely breathtaking — surrounded by lush coconut trees, vibrant gardens, and endless views of rice fields as far as the eye can see. It’s the perfect place to unwind and connect with nature. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. We were greeted with fresh, delicious smoothies and refreshing ginger iced tea — a wonderful touch after our long journey. Throughout our stay, the hospitality was beyond anything we expected. On several occasions, we received complimentary treats like fresh watermelon, bottled water, snacks, and smoothies delivered right to our room, without even asking. What truly left a lasting impression was the kindness and dedication of the Villa Manager. On the day of our departure, our scheduled Grab car to the airport didn’t show up. Without hesitation, the Manager personally offered to drive us to the airport in her own car. That level of care and genuine hospitality is something we will never forget. Everything about our stay was exceptional — from the serene environment to the thoughtful service. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already dreaming of our next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with world-class hospitality. This is not the Four Seasons Hotel, but the services will make even (Mr. Isadore Sharp) the Founder and Chairman of The Four Seasons Hotel proud.

Baan Khun Ya Sukhothai Old City is aantrekkelijk gelegen in de wijk Mueang Kao in Sukhothai, en heeft een tuin. Located within Sukhothai old town, 5 minutes walking distance from the central zone of monuments. There's a 7-11 and the Wintour "bus station" less than 5 minutes away. The room is cozy and the bed comfortable; drinking water is provided free of charge. Bathrooms are shared but I never found it busy when I needed it. The host is a nice welcoming woman who, despite the language barrier, made sure I did not lack anything. I even got a bicycle to explore the city during my 2-day stay.

House host is super nice!! The breakfast is so delicious that we always finished all. Hotel located at the center area, so it’s convenient to go to the historical park or night market, and not noisy at all since it’s not on side of the main road. Definitely recommend it to my friends!

ฟาร์มสเตย์สุโขทัยบ้านไร่เบสแคมป์ ligt in Ban Wang Luk, op 37 km van Sukhothai Historical Park, en biedt accommodatie met airconditioning en toegang tot een tuin met een terras. Amazing hosts. I had one of the best meals that I have had in Thailand here. Super nice people. A little bit out of the way but nice and quiet.

This is one of the prettiest places I’ve stayed. The cottages/bungalows are so charming with exquisite woodwork. It’s nestled among rice fields and easy bike ride to the Sukhothai historical park. The owners offer free bikes. They took such good care of our dietary needs, vegan and other restrictions. The place was so beautiful that we spent almost an entire day lounging on the porch of our bungalow. It has rocking chair, a divan to lie on, swing etc. The dad picked us up from bus stop and dropped us off too. I can’t recommend them enough
