Upon arrival, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful complimentary decoration on our bed. It was thoughtful, elegant, and made my wife incredibly happy. This small gesture added a personal touch that made our stay even more special. The hotel is also extremely secure, with 24/7 security that makes you feel safe at all times. There’s free parking available, which is a huge plus, and the staff are always ready to help with luggage or anything you might need. Special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always smiling. They made us feel genuinely welcome and valued throughout our stay. In short, The Nine Lifestyle Hotel offers not just a place to sleep, but a complete hospitality experience: cleanliness, comfort, security, and warm human interaction. This used to be a family home which has been converted to a guest house. It is spacious, beautiful, well cared for and a fabulous location in the Medina. The terrace has a beautiful view of the Medina and surrounding City. Staff were very helpful and friendly. As were the locals. Everyone was most helpful.
