The staff was very gracious and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality was amazing and they made us feel at home. From the moment I landed, Yasemin reached out to me on WhatsApp, provided all the necessary details, and after a few messages and calls, I was informed that the hotel had availability. To my surprise, they upgraded me to a sea-view room with a balcony, saying I would be more comfortable there—without me even requesting it! I had originally booked a standard room, so this was such a thoughtful gesture. Throughout my stay, the internet speed was excellent, allowing me to work efficiently, and in between, I enjoyed the breathtaking views of Gümüşlük. The hotel staff was incredibly attentive, always ensuring that every need was met promptly. They were all friendly and provided exceptional service. Choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions I made! If I return, I will definitely stay here again. I had a truly enjoyable two days—thank you to all the wonderful hotel staff!

The facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch, adding to the overall luxury of the stay. I can’t recommend Radisson Collection Bodrum enough. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a relaxing beach vacation, or simply a place to recharge, this hotel has it all. I’ll definitely be returning!
