They would help out with everything needed and even offer to give you a ride to the city. My room which was facing the park was well isolated, you can only hear the birds in the morning, but that's a great way to start your day. The location is not central, but close to the Yuguang island beach and the green tunnel where you can do a boat ride along the mangrove forest.

I have been staining for a month and a half in the Chapter with my wife and infant and it was more than a home on a foreign land. We got a wide to rooms apartment with two bathrooms and showers, dryer and washer, large kitchen and a living room. Apartment that made our stay in Tainan to be easier. The staff of the Chapter is remarkable. For a non mandarin speaker i got help in every little to big issue - regulations or just Uber eats thing, all with a big smile and kindness from the stuff. Every request about the room was immediately handled and solved. Even when i told them i need to last my staying they managed to fix all schedule to fit to me and my family. Just so happy that i have made this trip at the Chapter.

The location is perfect: just a few minutes’ walk to many of the city’s key sites, making sightseeing extremely convenient. The facilities are top-notch. Every floor has a water dispenser with hot and cold water, and rooms come with dehumidifiers. The community area is comfortable, beautifully decorated, and has excellent Wi-Fi; ideal for planning your next adventures. The shared kitchen is amazing, with a coffee machine, plenty of tea options, and a seating area that makes it a pleasure to hang out and relax. The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and have plenty of shelf space, making it easy to organize your belongings. The beds are firm yet comfortable, and the showers are strong and refreshing. It’s very quiet at night, which ensures a restful sleep. Additional conveniences like a washing machine and dryer are easy to use. Check-out at 11 a.m. is a nice touch, giving a bit more breathing room than the usual 10 a.m. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making your stay even more enjoyable. I arrived exhausted and left feeling completely refreshed and ready to continue my journey. Everything about this place is just perfect; highly recommended!
