Set in New York, 1.2 km from National September 11 Memorial & Museum, Artezen Hotel has a fitness centre and rooms with free WiFi access. I had a wonderful, 10-night stay at Artezen Hotel. The room is comfortable and clean with the little touches that make the stay, such as the slippers and daily water and coffee pods. I felt safe and secure coming home each day. I was on the 6th floor and didn't have much of a view but expected that. The staff are what makes this hotel exceptional - the staff on the front desk and door along with staff I ran into in the lift were super friendly, kind and helpful. It was really nice coming home to a 'welcome back" each day. The Hide rooftop bar is cozy also with quality cocktails and food. Highly recommend:) I look forward to coming back one day!

We liked that the shower had both a detachable head and a overhead shower. We liked that the sink mirror lights up. lot of amenities in a small space.

This hotel was a real oasis in NYC; room was beautiful with a view on the Empire! Clean, great towels, great bathroom and even more great toiletries. The snack on the day of arrival, coffee and tea maker and fresh bottles of water every day was just what we needed and it made our staying there perfect. Not to mention the bed and the pillows - amazing! We slept divinley. Offcourse the location is also perfect. Thank you for such a good care of your guests dear Broadway Plaza Hotel!
