This establishment has character, a sense of history and place, and is in a wonderful location to explore New York. In some hotels you never feel truly welcome; this is not the case at the Hotel Chelsea. Thank you - we will return.

I stayed at Artezen hotel in NY with my husband and one-year-old baby for a week and our stay was an absolute pleasure. The hotel is perfectly located (subway stops all around, close to all kinds of restaurants and supermarkets, near many tourist attractions). The facilities were impeccable and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, in fact, all of our requirements were taken care of in a warm and thoughtful way. It was really comforting to have water and coffee refilled in the room every morning. We booked a king-sized bed that was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud, we appreciated this after long hours of sightseeing. Also, the Italian restaurant downstairs serves good deal dishes like pasta, salad and paninis - actually, some of the best pistachio pesto I've had in a long while. Long story short, would most definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, we nailed it.

I was looking for a hotel for one night to relax on the way. The place was perfect and surprising. Moreover I have learn a bit about the Seneca. The view was also great.

The staff was incredible. They directed us to a store we needed to stop at and even checked how much time we had left to get there before they closed. We also left a pair of headphones in the room and they had them put aside and ready for us when we returned.
