The hotel features an indoor pool and a 24-hour front desk. The exceptional customer service, me, my family and our service dog were given. For example, when we first arrived, our service dog was greeted with a doggy welcome bag with a treat inside - really nice touch. The staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. We were there for the Nike XC race event that weekend and we knew the hotel was very busy due to a lot of other events going on at that same weekend too, but the staff were great, really professional. Breakfast choices were very good too and the hotel room we were given was well maintained and very clean.
