The view from the bungalow was green and calming. The staff were warm and very helpful. Breakfast area lovely and food good. It was a nice sanctuary after a busy day. Lovely accommodation with very comfortable bed, quiet jungle surroundings, nice kitchen, set up, and good air conditioning. It was nice having a covered outside porch. Included breakfast was great. The owners and staff were extremely nice and helpful. Are they highly recommend this place.

It also has an outdoor pool. we loved how it was surrounded by nature, nice and quiet. the location was great for relaxing and going to the beach, with great restaurants nearby and not to far from Puerto Viejo in taxi. we stayed in the original room we booked but it was by the reception and was a last minute booking. but we asked if there was any better rooms with air conditioning. the staff was brilliant and after 1 night they moved us to a new lodge nearer the pool area. also they new it was our honeymoon and gave us a bottle of champagne and flowers on the bed. all in all great hotel and stay.
