I must say that the experience was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, particularly the exceptional housekeeping service, was impeccable. Despite my concerns about my young daughter creating a mess in the room, the housekeeping staff efficiently managed to keep everything spotless. In addition, the service provided by the waiters, including the Pizza Chef at Alfredo restaurant, was exceptional. While I enjoyed the variety of food options available, especially the traditional Egyptian cuisine, the Asian restaurant's offerings did not quite meet my expectations of authentic Asian flavors. However, this was a minor issue considering the overall positive experience. I would like to commend the exceptional service provided by the lifeguards at the Caribbean Water Valley, namely Ahmed Hamdy, Magdy Abdel, and Mahfoz Rashean. Their dedication and hard work significantly contributed to my ability to relax by the pool while ensuring my daughter had a wonderful time. On the other hand, I was slightly disappointed by the perceived lack of friendliness exhibited by the reception staff. Despite this, the seamless check-out process facilitated by the helpful Ahmed Galal, among other outstanding staff members, left a positive impression. Overall, I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent service received during my stay. Your staff, particularly the individuals mentioned above, have undoubtedly made my holiday memorable, and I would highly recommend your hotel to others based on this positive experience.
