Hermit Bungalow #2 in Catangnan Gen Luna w STARLINK WIFI, een accommodatie met een terras, ligt in General Luna, op 3,4 km van Guyam Island, 13 km van Naked Island, en 37 km van Magpupungko Rock... We loved staying at the hermit house and in Siargao, so much that we extended our trip to around two weeks. The room has everything you realistically need. The bed is comfy and you can request for a laundry change, same with the towels they provide. The air con works. It has basic kitchen facilities. There is privacy as you are tucked away off the road so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the road or closer to the strip. But it’s not far at all to drive from the home to the main areas of Siargao for food, shops, etc. The owners and cleaner are extremely nice people and they respond quickly and do anything they can to help. A van hire was also arranged for us when we left for the airport (although they charged us a little higher than what we were told but that’s not the owner’s fault - you find drivers always take the mick with trying to charge more).

Central location only a short walk to the Tourist Road and across to the Cemetery Beach. Close to great restaurants like Kurvada, Trattoria Altrove, and Kermit. Ver De (vegan) and Secreto (tapas) also on the same road. Quiet, secure, and spacious for the price point. Water provided, and mid-stay cleaning for longer stays. Having a fridge, kettle, hot plate, and rice cooker was also very helpful. Two AC units, four pillows, and a drying rail outside were some of the nice touches, including helpful service (recommendations for tours, transportation, etc.) whenever needed. We enjoyed having a dining table, and the WIFI was always strong enough for our needs. You can do daily yoga at Kermit for reasonable daily, weekly, and monthly rates (highly recommended!). Laundry machine on site but also a fantastic laundromat down the road (The Laundry Room). As a reminder to everyone, please wear a helmet on motorbikes! It's not prevalent on the island, but so important for safety.
