Il cibo , La struttura in sé non è fatta male se non fosse cosi trascurata. Negativo : al nostro arrivo abbiamo pagato il soggiorno , due giorni dopo ci arriva la sorpresa di cancellazione della prenotazione , ovviamente per evitare la possibilità di recensione negativa (Sarà una sua modalità per annullare commenti negativi). Stanze e stoviglie molto sporche, pezzi mancanti, bagno otturato, anche se c'è ha cambiato stanza c'erano sempre le stesse problematiche.

I just loved staying here. The place is a gem, you can have breakfast looking at a rice field, can you ask for anything more than that? I stayed in the dorm, it was nice, spacious, with lockers, curtains for privacy, and enough room to store your stuff. The bathroom was clean and practical. You can get a bike, 3 hours are for free and then you pay 75k dong for the whole day. You can also rent scooters with them. WiFi is great, I worked without any problem. I need to mention the incredible cooking - I ate several times for lunch/dinner at the homestay, and I can say that it was always the best dish ever. Chef kiss. Moon is a lovely host. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent location by the river with nice pool and friendly staff. The manager Hung was very attentive and caring. He went to pick our family up at a location away from Phong Nha at short notice at midnight (as the previous tour operator sent us in the wrong bus) to bring us to the hotel. Large family rooms with comfortable beds, mini fridge, kettle, wifi and nice bath. A great base to explore the wonders of Phong Nha. We will be back.

Palafita Bungalow presenta biciclette gratuite, una piscina all'aperto, un giardino e una sala comune a Phong Nha. Loved the location, surrounded by rice fields. Out of the tourist zone. We loved it, we stayed an extra night. Very relaxing, the owner answers very quick on whatsapp and shes very nice and welcoming. She cooked us breakfast and dinner, very good and reasonable price. The rooms are clean and warm, the bed was comfortable as well. If you need to book tours or have any questions, the owner has answers and books it for you. We had our own motorcycles so it was easy for us to go from place to place, if you’re travelling by bus and train i think you can have access to a scooter with the owner if you ask. 100% recommend, it’s calm and its a great price !! A fantastically located bungalow which was extremely clean and has everything you can need. The main part about this is the owner, treats you like his own family by catering breakfast to whatever you want, offering suggestions / tours and providing bikes etc. He was even kind enough to pick me up and drop me off to the bus stop. Would definitely recommend!!

Great location right next to Oxalis Adventure if you want to do the Cave exploration tours. Beautiful view from the bungalows right to the river. Amazingly kind staff. :)

Carambola Bungalow si trova a Phong Nha e mette a disposizione la vista sulla città, biciclette gratuite, un giardino, una zona spiaggia privata, una sala comune e una terrazza. We enjoyed the whole stay. It was the second time we experienced a warm welcome fom Ha and his family. (Have been there already in 2018). Breakfast was fresh prepared after choosen from the menu-list. Ha gave us a lift with the car to destinatination we wanted to go. (short distances for free, far distances for a fair price) Room was clean and quiet. Large bathroom with shower and hot water. Nothing to claim.
