Sam, Mike and Lena are SO AMAZING! Their hospitality is above and beyond what we normally experience around the world! 🌍 You can see AND HEAR the volcano from your room, an unreal experience! Highly recommend staying with them! Thank you to everyone at CastleTree house for an amazing time!

Veronika is an excellent cook. The price for transportation to the volcano is 3000 watts less than in the surrounding resorts. Veronika's husband took us to a local village with a Kava tasting and indigenous dancers. I highly recommend.

Very basic accomodation but decent. No mosquito nets, so bring your own with you. The family serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with what their land produces, so bring your own groceries if you have specific needs. No restaurants, farmacies or ATMs around. This is a great place if one would like to live along the Tanna village people for a few days. Very friendly family!
