The hotel is just a short walk from the main train station in Salzburg, making it very convenient to travel around Austria. We were given a room to check in even it was not check in time yet. This was a very pleasant experience as we didn’t have to store luggage while waiting for the room. Hotel is walkable to other sightseeing places in the city. There is a very nice sky bar in the hotel where you could have a good view of the city and watch sunset.

We had a nice room. The bed were comfortable. It was pretty clean and big enough. We LOVED the restaurant on the roof with the terrace and the view on the fortress and the city. Nice sunset and staff very nice too.

The place was peaceful, clean and had the best view! So great to see the sunrise and sunset in one location! We had a family room where there was a separate bed for my son and it was perfect! We had dinner at the restaurant and it was very delicious. Staff were helpful and friendly!

Nice, spacious apartment with all the necessary ammenities for a few days. Very confortable beds and a nice hot shower. The staff answered all of my questions via email very fast. The self-check-in/check-out was super simple and convenient. The location is about a 25-30 min walk from the city center, but there is a bus line that stops just in front of the hotel and takes you to the Old Town in 10 minutes.

The Front Office staff were very kind and helpful. I changed rooms as the first one was smelling of cigarette and the bathroom towels were smelling as well. The second room was very clean. The breakfast was rich in food and the view of Salzburg was spectacular! The spa and wellness centre was my favourite part of the hotel: there was a steam room and a sauna and sun beds with panoramic views of the city and the Alps.

Amazing view of Salzburg!! Bathrooms and room was clean! Had a cute cafe down the bottom which you could sit and have a sunset beverage or a coffee.

Excellent view from hotel window/balcony of the Salzburg city. We had a gorgeous view of the sunset even from our window. City lights plus the after glow of sunset was great. We had breakfast everyday and the spread was good. Dinner available only on one night (which happened to be our last night of stay) and the food and service was good.

Great location, very close to old town, but still on other side of the river, therefore it was quiet at night. All looks clean and just like new. Finally, minibar contents is included into the price.
