Friendly stuff, comfortable beds and clean rooms. Building is new and has all amenities. Pool area is nice with quality food, deserts and drinks.

Our room was kept to a really high standard of cleanliness, nothing is too much trouble here. The pool was never over crowded, the view of the sunset every night was breathtaking. Philip Sophie and Louisa are all super lovely and will help in anyway they can. We have a son with severe allergies and the cooking facilities in our room were far superior to places we have paid 10 times the amount for.

The Veranda was great! I'd deffo recommend it to anyone else wanting affordable accomodation with close proximity to the beach. The room was clean and the staff was great.

Beautiful location for the sunset, quiet and very relaxing

Very well equipped, quiet, clean & comfortable. The host provided food & bottled water on arrival and got in contact to check all was ok. Private roof terrace with sun beds and barbecue. Good access to local towns, car required. Private covered parking space.

Great location, very friendly hosts - we even got lots of extra toys for our boy. City, groceries, beach - all nearby + parking lot directly at the building! Spent almost 2 weeks here, had a great time. Great balcony to enjoy the sunset.

A lovely little boutique hotel, in a great location in the centre of Larnaca. Very comfortable bed, and very clean. Extremely good value for the location. Some rooms are larger than others and have balconies so worth checking as you book. And the contents of the minibar are free!

The room was big & spacious. Nice veranda, good location. Perfect for small break.
