10 mins taxi dive to the airport. Room comfy, lots of clean towels and hot shower. Breakfast choices good with boiled eggs, toast with different spreads, cereals, cold meats/cheese if you wanted and yoghurts. Proximity to railway station meant a quick journey into Rome was possible too. Very flexible on check-in times - thanks :-)

Great location, amazing sunset. All the rooms were clean, with very comfortable beds. Close to Ciampino airport, convenient when you have an esrly flight.

A very nice apartment with all comforts, even a veranda. Very near to the train station. Superb bathroom. Mario, the owner, is a warm hearted man that honors Italian hospitality. He welcomed us and made us feel like home. Excellent choice to stay for your Roman-tic vacation. 5 star place.

In fact, considering the price given for us, it was a very reasonable stay. The hotel is located in a somewhat deserted place. However, if you have a car, do not forget to stop by Albano Laziale, a very charming town close to the hotel.

The views from the terrace where the breakfast is served are fantastic, and there is a beautiful garden where one can relax. With breakfast they also serve some fruit from their fruit trees. The room was very clean. The towels very soft. There are mosquito nets at the windows. The owners were very kind and kept in touch with me by WhatsApp to make sure all was ok with my stay.

The place is just perfect. We can highly recommend it. We will certainly be back. Plenty of parking space, a huge garden with sun beds, even a barbecue, a hammack, a nice view, very calm, clean and modern.

Very nice villa! It’s not far away from Rome, but located in a quiet place. The view is fascinating, you can catch very colorful sunsets. The room was comfortable and breakfasts are very good! The staff was helpful and friendly. They organized for us early coffee and take away breakfast, shuttle to the airport and print out board passes. I really recommend this place to spend some time in a peaceful place close to the crowded capital 👍🏼

The lake and views around were absolutely beautiful amazing sunrise and sunset.On an evening looking at the sky it is so clear and you can see so many stars.
