Location as I was there for the Harmony festival It’s the main beach strip with plenty of bars, restaurants and beach bars Good air conditioning and quality mosquito net. Fun challenge to make the reception lady smile

Beautiful, new accommodation. Everything is well done, the shower always has hot water and good pressure, which is rare on this island. And not to forget the amazing view from the terrace over the bay, the sunset was right outside our window! Also there is a nice and clean pool next to the apartment. Communication with the owner was pleasant, she was quick to respond to messages.

The best feature is the great pool with pool bar overlooking the stunning Simpson Bay. The pool bar was great and the bar staff was great as well. The iguanas that hang out on the rocks beside the sea were interesting to see as well (they didn’t try to actually come into the pool area thankfully!) The sunset view from the room was good as well. The place was clean and comfortable.

Really enjoyed the view. Sunset, the planes arriving at the airport, sound of the waves... A comfortable apartment with everything needed. We enjoyed our holiday even on the days we didn't go out from there.

The owner was very nice and helpful. The place was comfortable and clean. The breakfasts and supper were good and affordable. The view from the veranda was beautiful and a great place to eat. The air conditioner kept the bedroom at a nice temperature.

Great property, great location and views over the sea from both rooms and balcony. Great sunset scenes in evening. Also, if you're into the iconic "planes landing over Maho beach" great views of these coming in to land from rooms and balcony. Host (Dwayne) welcoming and attentive. Really clean and all good facilities in terms of kitchen and other items. Aircon worked really well and kept the rooms nice and chilled.

Room is fully equipped with kichen refrigerador microwave washing machine. The balcon stands just on the beach and at sunset the view is unforgettable
