Stars Gate Camp on hiljuti renoveeritud luksuslik telk Al Wāşil, kus külalised saavad kasutada välibasseini, aeda ja grillimisvahendeid. Majutusasutusel on terrass ja tasuta eraparkla. Excellent location, on the top of a dune in the middle of the desert. Fantastic 360 degree view. 15 rooms, outside pool very nice, very good half board plan. Rooms are excellent equipped, with terrace overlooking the desert (the fact that you do not have TV it is rather an advantage). WiFi works very well. The manager (Mr Gautam Balram) is very friendly and helpful. From the activities, we would recommend "night safari and star watching" (ask for Faisal as your guide). Difficult to get there with your own car (do not attempt if you do not have a real 4 motion car and you are not an experienced driver). Aim for the sister camp (Arabian Oryx Camp), and ask the reception there to guide you for the last km, since google maps are not accurate. Parking is free. We would recommend to spend at least two nights there. One night it is not enough.

It is located further from the main road so it is very quiet and it has great views of sunrise and sunset. We chose the option of having dinner there, it had a big choice and it was very tasty. We were picked up from Bidiyah for very reasonable price (special thanks to our driver Yasir). We would love to come back one day :-)

OMG this place!! Super worth it. The tents are very spacious and well equipped, the camp is well organized and clean. What sets this place apart are two things. 1. It’s very private with only 4 tents; 2. The service is simply amazing, they are so friendly and attentive. Delicious dinner and breakfast, which is rare in the desert.

The tent was spacious and the private toilet/shower makes it super convenient. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Easy communications.

We had such a great time at Thousand Stars Desert Camp. The place is absolutely beautiful — right in the middle of the dunes, super peaceful and perfect for watching the sunset and the stars at night. Our tent was cozy and comfortable, and everything was really well taken care of. But what made the experience truly special was Ali — he’s such a kind and genuine host! He made us feel completely at home. If you want a real desert experience with great vibes and an awesome host, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely come back one day!

Hiljuti renoveeritud luksustelk Bidiyahis, Desert Diamond Private NEW CAMP pakub välikaminat, privaatset parkimist ja spordirajatisi. Staying at Desert Diamond Private camp was one of the best experiences I had in Oman. The camp is private and peaceful, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious and varied — I especially enjoyed the camel meat at dinner. Breakfast on the soft desert sand was unforgettable. The room and bathroom were both beautifully decorated and very clean. The stargazing trip was a magical experience that added a special touch to the stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable desert escape.

It's only us who been in camp, so we felt special. We ordered shuttle service (it's expensive given the fact that distance is small), dune bashing - it was really cool!, camel sunset ride (I agree with all reviewers that price is high for such activity) but we really loved it! Dinner was exceptional! bad is comfy and nice! Salim was our driver and we enjoyed his company (his english can be better though)

It has been a very pleasant stay in the authentic and inspiring surroundings. The host Badr and all team was welcoming and helpful, the company and meals really great and the atmosphere in the desert camp just outstanding!
