Perfect! It is cute, comfortable, with a fan and plugs. Enough bathrooms for everyone so you never have to queue. It is clean, you have hot water and the staff is really nice. We went twice to Bacalar and decided to stay both times here. Only 2 from the main plaza, and 10min from where you can swim for free in the lagoon.

Amazing location and really nice and quiet and friendly

Amazing location, right on the lagoon. Perfect for sunrise. There is no kitchen but you can cook on the fire (if you manage to light it), we grilled tortillas on it and people were baking potatoes in aluminium paper. I had read in the comments that showers were not clean but they were when we were there - of course not perfectly clean, but that's a camping)

A pleasant place run by a lovely family. You can stay in the dorm or in one of the two small cabins. The cabin beds are comfortable and they have a fan. It has solar heated water and a well-equipped kitchen. They have an arrangement for lagoon access and kayak rental at a restsurant/Glamping site. It had safe parking outside the property. There is a Tienda 6 nearby with snacks and drinks. I had a car, but other people said it was an easy walk to the lagoon, despite the location. Bacalar is small. I would stay again.

The rooms are comfortable, the location is the best, the owner is incredible and breakfast is a Big plus. Loved every second there!
