When I got there I didn't know about GrabBike and things around there, but I could learn of the environment there asking some questions. Communication was even more smooth through all services. (laundry service, cleaning service, Meikong River traveling reservation, keeping baggage service, etc) One day in the morning I saw the owner was repairing the small components around the entrance door. I knew why all items could work very well. Small functions are functioning clearly well for example bathroom items, shower head, bed light, individual locker. Beds are at 2F, there was a spiral shaped narrow stair to go up to sleep, but considering the good price I just don't want to complain about this. The beds are quiet. the place is not for a party. This is just to rest and sleep. At night there are some people outside of the bedroom watching their cellphone, doing computer, etc. But at around 11 pm I think everyone just goes to sleep.

It was my first experience staying in a capsul hotel! this was a great decision because the hotel is very close to the airport and I was able to relax and go back to the airport for my next flight a few hours later.
