Warm welcome. Some very nice touches left in the property. Like Tea and milk. Shower bits, sweets, and some soft drinks . Property very warm, even with the wind howling outside.

Everything!!!! It was lovely and clean, Sharon had made sure there were lots of blankets, hot water bottles and much more to make sure we would be warm during the night. The views were beautiful and so peaceful and calm. My favourite feature was the outside shower, looking out at the beautiful views on a cold October evening while in a nice hot shower was lovely. I will definitely be booking again.

The entire room had been remodeled, the furniture was new. Everything I needed for a one week stay, the bed was very comfortable, there is a washer/dryer which is much appreciated. A very quiet building to rest in. Very easy to pick up the key. Thanks

I booked this place again, and it's truly perfect. It has everything what I need. I travel to Leamington a lot, and I'll come back here every time. It's very clean and easy to access. The building has been renovated and is perfect. It's not too far from the center if you like walking.
