We staid in one of the wooden houses, which was cosy, warm, spatious and comfortable. The scenery in the area is beautiful, close to a main road but quiet, there is a good restaurant walking distance from the property, the wifi was excellent and the property had more than you could need to offer. We staid in winter, so no chance to use the pool.

Excellent wooden house. There is a barbecue and firewood, as well as a trampoline and a playground with swings. There is a jacuzzi in the yard, but we did not use it, as we had a tight schedule. Inside the house everything is very clean, with pleasant lighting. On the terrace there is a table for tea and my favorite cocoon chair. I will also add that the location is excellent, 15 minutes drive from the Plitvi lakes

Our stay at the "Hedgehog Home" near Plitvice was an absolute delight! The place was so charming that even with the breathtaking beauty of Plitvice Lakes nearby, we found it hard to leave the comfort of this wonderful accommodation. The bedrooms were truly a highlight, offering stunning views that made waking up in the morning an absolute pleasure. We thoroughly enjoyed the nice hot tub, which provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the area. The BBQ area was a great addition, allowing us to have some memorable outdoor cooking experiences. The property itself was super comfortable and beautifully designed, making it a joy to spend time in. One of the unique features of the "Hedgehog Home" was the availability of mountain bikes in four different sizes. We had a blast exploring the surroundings on these bikes, adding an extra level of excitement to our stay. Marinko, the host, was incredibly kind and hospitable, making us feel right at home. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to him for making our stay so enjoyable. The presence of a few cute cats on the property and the sweet neighbor's dog, Lemmy, added a touch of warmth and coziness to the whole experience. We cannot recommend the "Hedgehog Home" enough to anyone planning a visit to Plitvice. It's a perfect retreat to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. Thank you again, Marinko, for your hospitality and for creating such a lovely place to stay. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about this beautiful property. We had 3 studios and the main house for our group of 9 and it was so spacious and well equipped that we had everything we needed. The garden is a lovely space to relax after a few hours walking in the lakes. The hostess is a real gem. She made us feel very welcome and gave us some great information about how to make the most of our trip. Wish we had planned to stay longer.

Where do I even start? This place is absolutely amazing. The Chalet has everything you will possibly need for your stay. THey thought about everything. It was raining the whole time we were there and we had to cancel all of our plans to visit it's beautiful surroundings and still had the best vacation jet. Do I need to say more? It is apsolut best just being inside the house. The kids were playing with so many toys that were left in house for them. Kitchen is better equipped then the one I have at home. Also in front of house you have a beautiful view of little stream and trees, playground for kids. Something for everyone. Host was very kind and helpful. We really have only the best to say and if you have a chance we definitely recommend this place. Thank you for this great experience.

The place is very peaceful and qualitative. Lovely house, with many flowers and plants : make you feel in the nature and very relaxed. Charming and pleasant atmosphere. Great advise to visit the park. Entrance 3 is privileged access because not many people enter via P3. This is a original and genuine experience ! Can’t miss !
