We are a mixed gender couple so stayed on different floors. My capsule was very roomy (the business class), my partners was the economy which essentially looked the same but half the height. Both had small lockable storage lockers. Spacious area on each floor to store large suitcases (lockable). Fantastic value for money as also had an onsen! Shared bathrooms have great facilities and toiletries, very clean. They provide pyjamas and towels. Directly over the road from a metro stop.
