Everything was perfect! This is a family owned business. The location was perfect, in Sigiriya, close to national parks and Lions Rock, and also close to many nice bars and restaurants. The house is placed in a beautiful garden, where you can watch some small animals like squirrels, birds and monkeys. The brakefast was big and amazing. The family was super nice and sweet, we felt very good in their home. Also they organised us a safari for a good price, and we saw many elephants. Highly recommended!

Rooms are simple, but spacious and incredibly clean. Has all essentials: no kettle, but absolutely not a problem when the manager of the property is serving tea and coffee free. Location, off the main road. Amazing if you like somewhere a bit quieter, away from the tourist hubbub, but still accessible. 20-min walk to the Rock. Some tuk-tuks ask for more to drive them down the back street road. We just asked them to drop us off at the main road entrance and walked from there. Breakfast - sensational. Five stars. Home cooked coconut rotis and hoppers. Fresh, served at your selected time. But now the star of the show: Property Manager, Fernando, is a hospitality king. Waiting up late for us, to greet us with great welcome and ensure we had booked all of our drivers/activities for the next day. Making sure we were getting the best rates for our tours and tuk-tuks. Whatever we needed, Fernando delivered. He even tried to give us back our tip! But he deserved every penny. If you're reading Fernando, sir, thank you so much!!

We slept in the newest house. It was beautiful, clean and spacious. Unfortunately we could not have breakfast outside due to bad weather so it was in the open kitchen of the owner. The owner is very sweet, helpful and the food is fantastic.

This was the best hotel we’ve stayed in during our two weeks in Sri Lanka. The manager was very friendly, the food was delicious (we had dinner and breakfast). The experience to sleep in a tree house was just unique - being surrounded by nature with the comfort of a super nice hotel, what more can you ask for? In the morning we took a dip in a little stream running through the property, fish spa included ;) The mosquito nets over the beds are new (and reassuring - there are a lot of frogs and insects living in the forest)… Don’t hesitate to book your tree house, you won’t regret it (our only regret is to have stayed only one night).

Amesh and his family are incredibly welcoming and always willing to help with transportation and organizing visits and safaris to national parks. We were more than amazed with this place. If I could rate 100/10 I would. It was brilliant and you MUST stay here. The views were incredible, you could see Lions Rock from the balcony whilst sitting in comfortable chairs with a nice cold beer or a cup of tea. It was so peaceful, quiet and a truly magnificent place. The family were just the kindest and loveliest people who could not do enough for you The Mother cooked us 5 star food for our breakfast, which was an enormous traditional Sri Lankan feast and we had such a fantastic evening meal which she also cooked. She is very talented. We were not aware that we could have booked a Safari direct with the owners Son which had we not already booked one, we would do this next time. He spoke good English. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and had a kettle and we were always asked if we wanted tea or coffee or water. We were contacted via what's app to keep us updated on our room and check in and also to contact then if we needed anything during our stay. If there is one place you have to stay in Sigiriya then this is it. We WIlLL be back!!!!
