We could not have hoped for a better place to stay, or for better hosts. Juliet and David have created a beautiful place to stay in a quiet, stunning setting, forming a perfect base from which to explore Queenstown, Glenorchy and all of the stunning area around. The room was perfect, the breakfasts were outstanding ( they do undersell them by calling them Continental breakfasts......they're so much more than that), and the banana bread is more legendary than Lord Of The Rings 😊. To top it all, Juliet and David are perfect hosts; friendly, generous, informative...everything you would want from hosts, and so much more. If we are lucky enough to return to New Zealand again (sooner than the 20 year gap between our first and last visit), this will be the first place we book. Thank you both for helping to make the end of our holiday so memorable. Mark & Liz

Beautiful cottage a bit like the Cotswolds, with rooms on different levels. The owner , who is super welcoming and helpful, has made the rooms very comfortable and the decor is chic country cottage . All amenities provided inside - although our room was compact it was just right for two nights. The garden is absolutely stunning and lots of effort has been made to make the whole house and garden beautiful. Would love to come again!
