A very relaxed and spacious hotel with great facilities and friendly and helpful staff. Pool was great for children, and Copito the rabbit was a highlight. There are also monkeys in the trees!

A Beautiful Experience in the Amazonia - Tarapoto I am so glad I chose this place for my stay. It truly felt like home, surrounded by the incredible beauty of nature and its soothing sounds. Everything you could need is right here, making the experience all the more enjoyable. The accommodation is incredibly comfortable and clean, making it perfect for anyone working remotely—it’s the ideal spot to focus and recharge. The staff are incredibly welcoming, with the biggest hearts, and they truly make you feel at home. Their warmth and hospitality added so much to the experience. We loved our 7 nights stay in the Lagoon Village hotel. It is clear to see the vision, passion and effort that have been put and are still making, just beautiful. Breakfast on the floating restaurant with the jungle backdrop was special. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay very relaxing and wanted for nothing. We all enjoyed the SPA and horse riding. Getting to and from town via tuc tuc for tours to the blue lagoon, waterfalls and thermal baths was easy, fast and inexpensive. As far as jungle stays go this was unreal! The hotel is outstanding! The location is so beautiful, and the lodges are all so nice. Keep the doors shut to keep the bugs out. Nice to sit on the balcony, watching the river and the cloud forests was magical. The pool was also great! Food was possibly some of the best we ate our entire trip. We were not expecting the food to be SO GOOD! Yes, there are bugs - as someone from the UK this was a hilarious experience as I have never seen crickets and grasshoppers this size before so kept the staff entertained when I would scream at them landing on me :) But this was one of the highlights of the trip. We did a river tour - the guides speak mainly Spanish, but you can still get the jist even if your Spanish is extremely basic (like ours). We also had a translator who was volunteering at the hotel who came along so that was helpful! We saw a sloth on the boat trip, that was really special. Lots of birds and saw some tiny monkeys too.

This is a private residency that was decided to be rented as a hotel, and you can feel it right away. The service is not smooth. Cleaning is not ok, no hot water, bath smelled from the first day, the breakfast was two eggs, one piece of bread, and some tiny pieces of fruits, which is ok, but definitely not the level of "lux bungalow". The enterence is "private" , meaning you arrive at the closed gate and have to call a manager, but the connection is off at that place so we had to come back to the main road to catch a connection. Then once you are at the property you are totally dependable on the manager. Whatever you want - just text him. But the internet is very bad and often off. The guy doesnt always checking the phone, as the proverb goes the first day the guest is a gold, but the last day they are a trash. The same is here! The territory is nice. That is it. As a traveller with an experience I can say that this place has a lot to improve and the manager is a young guy who is smiling into your face all the time but has soemthing else in his mind.

The property was gorgeous. The room felt very luxurious with a huge comfy bed, ensuite bathroom and beautiful views. The hosts and staff were incredible. They looked after me like I was family!

The staff were excellent, very friendly and professional. I stayed for 5 nights on my own and then my daughter and family joined me. Great place to stay as a solo traveller or as a family. I'd definitely return!
