Where to start? The location is absolutely fantastic. When we walked in, we received a very warm welcome from Joyce. As soon as we entered the property, tranquillity hit us in the face. We immediately thought we needed to extend our stay at Utupoa. The staff went out of their way to give us everything we needed. Phoebe and Freddie, Joyce's daughters, also came over for the holidays. We had some great chats, laughs and drinks together. We left with pain in our hearts and will never forget the home we never knew we had.

First and foremost, the location was simply breathtaking, and its just a short walk away from the beach. The room was perfect and spacious, with plenty of storage. The entire place was beautifully decorated. The staff deserves special recognition for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me warmly and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem!

The property has a really nice pool with jacuzzi and a great restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they provide you everything. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and very clean. You can also enjoy a massage (extra charge) which I definitely recommend. Also they have a brand new beach bar, right on the beach, it is amazing to spend time there sunbathing and enjoying the marvelous sunset. Amazing music with live dj!
