This was our 4th visit and every bit as good as the others.The food is outstanding and the staff friendly and helpful. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. The camp is stunning, stylish & comfortable. Rooms are gorgeous! All the staff are so friendly & helpful. The food & hospitality is incredible too. The view over the huge watering hole gives amazing animal spotting: hippos and elephants galore! The game drives were THE BEST. We saw a leopard close-up every day, a pride of lions playing. Incredible! This is a luxury safari without the luxury price.

It felt very private, with only a few villas in the camp. It was beautifully designed and decorated. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very good. There was a standard menu and a daily special. The food quality was very good and the service exceptional. There was both hot and cold options (or both if you were still hungry). I loved the poached egg and spinach on toast (daily special)

We loved the exciting and comfortable game drives, the sundowners in the bush, the knowledgeable, friendly staff - we loved eating with the staff and other travelers at dinner - all communal areas were spotless and comfortable - staff was always on hand to ask questions or get a drink. The wildlife guides, Connie and Taybon, were just phenomenal, and the food was all delicious and rooms/showers were very comfortable! Location, animals (we saw SO MANY), everything outstanding.

Great location for Orpen gate and manyeleti. Great lodge, very comfortable room and the sweetest staff who go above and beyond. Food was great. We would definitely stay here again!

An absolutely stunning lodge — beautifully designed with elegant suites and tasteful African-inspired art throughout. Our game drives with Julian were the highlight: he was incredibly enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and full of fascinating stories about wildlife and South Africa itself. Food and service were truly world-class, with a great selection of wines to choose from.
