My stay was absolutely exquisite – the best accommodation and service I’ve experienced so far. The staff were caring and attentive, the rooms spotless and beautifully furnished. Trautenfels Castle is 37 km from Biochalet-Ebenbauer, while Bischofshofen Train Station is 45 km from the property. Salzburg W. A. Mozart Airport is 90 km away, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. The owner of the apartments, Werner, is incredibly friendly and supportive. He gave us a ride to the train station; he treated us with a cake and chocolates, and he was always ready to help and answer all our questions. The apartments were even better than in the pictures. Very spacey, clean, and quiet, with everything you need in the kitchen. Panorama windows were a special pleasure to me. The location is close to the city center (15 minutes) and Planai West station (5 minutes), also perfect. Thanks a lot! We will be happy to return some day :)

Seamless and covered parking. Very friendly and helpful owner. There is a possibility for 2-3 families to come and occupy adjacent apartments with a shared balcony or terrace. Children will have more fun.

The 280m² spa area with an indoor pool, a sauna, a steam bath is available free of charge. The apartment was very beautiful, spacious, and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. We received everything we needed for our baby, which made our stay very comfortable. The place is quiet and pleasant, with a nice pool. We really enjoyed our stay, and the big advantage is the Schladming card – giving access to many attractions in the area. Highly recommended!

In summer AlpenParks Hagan Lodge Altaussee is surrounded by flower meadows and mountain pastures, while in winter you can ski right to your lodge’s doorstep. The Loser ski lifts are only a few steps away, and the cross-country ski runs are also in the immediate vicinity. The lodge was very comfortable and spacious. It had everything you would need. We really enjoyed the sitting area outside, enjoying the magnificent mountain view. Staff were super helpful and friendly.
