Very friendly and helpful staff, who more than once gave us a ride to Hopkins or to the bus. The location is both an advantage and a disadvantage. It’s 6 km from Hopkins, which means you need a car, but on the other hand, the peace, quiet, and relaxation in this beautiful place make up for it. Greetings to the owners!

Cotton Tree Cabin at Freshwater Creek Cabanas offre la vista sul fiume, il WiFi gratuito e un parcheggio privato gratuito a Hopkins. Comfortable, clean, and spacious. No frills but everything we needed in a peaceful jungle location near Hopkins. A rental car is definitely helpful in this location. The sweet canine welcoming committee was an added bonus! We loved this spot, thought it was a great value, and would stay again!

Kin Resort Lodge si trova a Maya Beach, nella regione Stann Creek, a a due passi da Spiaggia di Seine Bight. Peaceful property, gave the impression of being in a jungle. Beautiful pool! The owner Olivia was so welcoming and caring, she really makes you feel at home. We also tried Olivia’s Italian cooking on two nights, which was delicious. We organised two trips via the lodge - a day trip to Monkey River and a night trip to Cockscomb Wildlife Sanctuary - both of which were excellent. Cabin well equipped with fridge, coffee machine, toaster, blender and a little outdoor kitchen. The property is a few kilometres out of Placencia itself but walking distance to a grocery store and a couple of restaurants, there is a resort next door with a restaurant/bar and a nice gym.
