Struttura appena fuori dal minuscolo paese di Puerto Rio Tranquilo, vista pazzesca. Camera con tutti i comfort, compresa una piccola cucina e un tavolo con fornello incorporato stupendo. Ci ha ricevuto un affettuoso cagnolino con il suo gentile padrone Michelangelo. La fatina di casa inoltre gentilissima e premurosa! Grazie mille!

Pablo was simply the best host. I have a nut allergy and he catered to every meal we had in his restaurant. Nothing we asked for was too much trouble. The best stay we had in Chile and will remain in our memories forever. Pablo made recommendations to local must see attractions. Pablo took care and attention to likes and dislikes of food, my husband loves spicy food and Pablo made an extra spicy sauce just for him. Pablos cooking is honestly the best, always top tier meals served. The packed lunches are also incredible!! The rooms are comfortable and clean. We asked for laundry to be done and this was done quickly and affordable. When we read the reviews, we thought it can’t be that good! We will be the judge of that! But it really was!! Evening meal after evening meal, we were blown away by his proficiency and customer services

The hotel is absolutely heaven. One of a kind in the world. Don’t miss it, Really special place. We will not forget the beautiful moments at the hotel. Thank you so much for everything.

Il Patagonia è un lussuoso rifugio di montagna situato sullo sfondo panoramico delle Ande innevate. Offre 4 suite esclusive con connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e balconi con vista sulla valle di Coyhaique.... Ruth and her team are doing things right. It starts with the friendly staff (and perky rescue pets) at check-in. The rooms are impeccable. High-quality matress and bedding, beautiful wood materials, very nice bathroom with walk-in shower and excellent water pressure (not always a given in this part of the country). Large picture frame windows offering views of the surrounding scenery. The grounds are well kept with a focus on endemic species of trees and plants. We had dinner at their restaurant. Again, service with a smile and really good food. Breakfast was buffet style, with cooked-to-order eggs, a selection of pastries, meats, cheeses, smoked salmon, fresh baked bread, fruits, juices, etc. etc. We traveled around Chile for about a month, and this was hands down our favorite place.

This property is EXCEPTIONAL!! The home itself is designed by a talented architect who created an absolutely beautiful home with spectacular views from every room. The living room features a HUGE WINDOW with a breathtaking view of Cerra Castillo mountain. The attention to detail is amazing. This gorgeous, well-appointed home included everything one needs to settle in comfortably yet is located close enough to venture out for a challenging (or easier!) hike nearby. Part of our group achieved their bucket list goal of climbing up to Laguna Cerra Mountain to the pool of fresh glacier water. The property is also surrounded by nature and open space. The bedding was luxe and the two ensuite bathrooms were ideal for our group. The upstairs also featured two twins which were a plus. I simply cannot rave enough about this PERFECT home that we hope to stay in again in the future. You won't be disappointed!! Ten+ stars all the way!!

Alto Castillo Lodge si trova a Villa Cerro Castillo e prevede la vista sulla montagna, un giardino, una terrazza e un bar. Beautiful location surrounded by nature, views of valleys and mountains. The food was not exceptional but well prepared. The Lodge itself is well designed in the farmhouse country-side kind of style, huge windows, nice furniture, and it feels like a private retreat rather than a hotel. The manager was exceptional- he was at 5 different places at the same time, finding time to greet all guests, offer meals and services and attention.
