An oven, a microwave and minibar are also provided, as well as a kettle. Isabelle was an amazing host. She went out of her way to get us food, because we arrived too late to the place, didn't speak any Spanish and were too exhausted after an 11 hour flight. It was an amazing welcome.

Guests will found both shared dormitories and bungalows. There is a garden and direct access to Serrano River. Views of the mountains are featured. Fantastic location and great host + staff. Unfortunately we only had time for one night before we camped in the park. Had a nice walk with 2 local guides: the Konkashen Dogs. Breathtaking views that wet the appetite to get into the national park. Patrick attends to each guest with he patience and great advice. We had dinner and breakfast at the lodge and enjoyed it as well.

There is a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries in each unit, along with a hairdryer. Our family had one of the older rooms with two twin beds and the recently built cabin with a queen. The rooms had a beautiful view of the lake. The rooms were beyond our expectations. Pablo is an amazing chef - breakfasts were great and we enjoyed the menu at dinner every evening. He also gave great recommendations for activities before arrival and during our trip.

Located in the city centre, Bungalow by Toore Patagonia offers bungalow accommodation. Free WiFi within the entire establishment, and a local craft store where guests will find souvenirs.

Each bungalow has a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and private bathroom with hairdryer and towels. Cleaning services can be arranged. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location was lovely, next to some great coffee shops and very walkable for exploring Puerto Natales. Room was clean and comfy.

Cabañas y Casa Kauken offers three cabins and one home accommodation in Puerto Natales. Free private parking is available on site.

One of the cabins additionally has a private sauna made from a wooden barrel. David was an amazing host, being always available and really trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hut was amazing, impeccably clean and with everything to make our stay comfortable, such as shampoo, nice towels, bathrobes etc. The highlight was the hot tub and sauna, with amazing views on the surrounding landscapes. Everything is well maintained and it was really nice to warm up after all the hikes in the national park. The hut is located outside of the city so the best option is to have an own car and be able to drive around.

Ruben is an amazing person and an incredible host.  Peuma lodge is located in a breath taking forest clearing with a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains, a small river crossing the grassy land, it's absolutely perfect.  We stayed in a specious and beautifully decorated wooden cabin with the MOST comfortable bed we had in our entire 2 months vacation.  The place had a fire place that keeps it warm and cozy.  The bathroom was very big and luxurious, it was a pleasure.  We were arrived after a long drive and spent 2 nights. Although there are many trails and other attractions in the area - with which Ruben can help you - the weather was rainy so we decided to stay in and had the most comfortable stay we could ever hope for. We got to use the hot tub and sauna, play ping-pong in the club house, walk around the wooden paths and read a book by the fireplace in the beautiful common area and it was absolutely magical. Ruben was so attentive to anything we needed!  We would 100% stay here again if we are in the area!

Incredible location, nice (and warm) communal areas and fantstic food each night prepared by chef Venecia. Portions are huge so easy to share meals/starters/mains. On the property itself there’s an incredibly rewarding hike with some of the best views we had on our trip (but you need to walk all the way to the end!). Staff are delightful - a special mention for Belén who is the sweetest!
