Super friendly and helpful staff. We got great advice for our day trips and restaurants. One of our favorite places! Thank you so much!

Congo Bongo EcoVillage Costa Rica si trova a Puerto Viejo, nella regione Limon, a 400 metri da Spiaggia di Manzanillo. The most special stay on our entire Costa Rica trip. The houses are built inside the stretch of a beautiful selva, with direct access to the pristine, unspoiled beach. We were surrounded by sounds and sightings of wildlife on our walks to and from the beach, and when enjoying our time at the house. The love, attention and effort that goes into the maintenance of this amazing place is truly incredible. Everything works perfectly, from showers to kitchen utilities and all other comforts. Marisol took great care of us and helped us to spot sloths, toucans and howler monkeys. One of our closest wildlife encounters on the trip also took place at Congo Bongo. Following Marisol’s recommendation, we had two dinners at the local restaurant Mista Cook, it was delicious. Muchas gracias, we will be back!

La Playa Negra Guesthouse si trova a Cahuita, proprio di fronte alla spiaggia. Beautiful clean room with hot shower. Friendly welcoming staff. Gorgeous pool. Jungle vibe with lots of wildlife. Would recommend. My favourite accommodation in Central America.

Situato a 5 km da Cahuita, nella regione di Limon, a 18 km da Puerto Viejo e a 20 km da Cocles, il Passion Fruit Lodge offre una piscina all'aperto, viste sul giardino tropicale, il WiFi gratuito in... Location meravigliosa immersa nel verde. Bungalow molto grande e spazioso. Giacomo il ragazzo che gestisce la struttura è stato super disponibile e gentile. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene!

Abbiamo soggiornato, purtroppo per una sola notte, in un piccolo appartamento immerso in un giardino fiorito. Al mattino siamo stati svegliati dalle scimmie urlatrici e abbiamo goduto di una meravigliosa alba sulla spiaggia a pochi passi dalla struttura. La colazione è stata ottima e l’accoglienza di Gianluca e Mia è stata calorosa e premurosa. Consigliamo di far loro visita perché è un luogo bellissimo.

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and tropical garden, La Rana De Cahuita is set 5 km away from the centre of Cahuita. Puerto Viejo is 18 km from the property. The place is a hidden gem. Nestled in the middle of the rain forest amongst lush gardens and local fauna. The songs of the birds were incredible and you could hear the houler monkeys every morning. We hope to come back soon.

Los Delfines Lodge offre un giardino a Puerto Viejo, a 1,2 km da Playa Cocles e 1,8 km da Centro di Salvataggio del Giaguaro. The lodge was so beautiful - the indoor outdoor living, the care taken to the garden, the space in general. Away from the chaos of puerto viejo but and easy drive into town if needed. Great recommendations from the hosts who were the loveliest couple that provided us with information about the area, fresh fruit, and a sense of immediate comfort. Waking up and seeing animals everyday was an added bonus!
