Mohammed, one of the property's owners, is absolutely lovely to chat with—easygoing and friendly. His insider's knowledge as a local provided wonderful suggestions for things to do around Fayoum. I had both breakfast and dinner on my two night stay there and found the food to be excellent and healthy. The location is so peaceful and beautiful that, on my first day, chose not to venture out of it, instead dedicating the day to relaxing and recovering from my travels. The energy that Mohammed and his partner have created at Mangrove is replenishing and what makes this place truly special. I will definitely be coming back next time in Egypt.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and spacious apartment in Tunis Village. The place is very clean and peaceful — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the calm atmosphere of the village. The owner is extremely helpful and always active, making sure everything runs smoothly and that we had everything we needed. We also had dinner at their restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious — the portions were generous and full of flavor. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for anyone visiting Tunis Village!
