I have just stayed here Monday to Friday in Sturt lodge and was the most peaceful stay, I was staying here for work And It was such a lovely place to come back and relax of an evening, the pub is gorgeous and everyone dead friendly. We only stayed for one night but we wished we could stay longer. The cabin was impeccably clean, very nicely decorated and thoughtfully equipped. The furniture outside is perfect for a sunny day. It is nice that the cabin has it's own gate as well, which provides additional privacy. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, with a lot of useful local knowledge and he is very considerate and accommodating.

Sue was the most loveliest heartwarming host, I didn’t expect her to be so amazing she went above and beyond to help and accommodate me last minute- she is so friendly and the cabin is so clean and cosy.

Clean, cosy, comfortable and central to town. Would highly recommend. Host was wonderfully welcoming and attentive.

Location was chosen to be close to family - we pretty much only slept there so didn’t really make use of all facilities (other than glasses for wine after a hard days grandparenting!). Might have been a bit extravagant given the minimal time spent there, but location and privacy made it worth it. Host greeted us on our first evening - nice chap!
