The cottage was fully equipped and it was great to find scones awaiting us and some other sundries on a prettily laid table for breakfast the next day. Nice layout for two couples traveling together, even with a single bathroom. We enjoyed the fire and comfortable living area and well equipped kitchen. Had a fabulous dinner at the recommended Moran's. The country setting (including nearby donkeys!), with walks out the door, suited us and was centrally located to all we came for (such as the Cliffs of Moher by sea, the Burrens, St. Kilmacduagh, Leamaneh Castle, Ballyvaughan, Maumturk Mtns, the 12 Bens, Galway, Kylemore Abbey, Roundstone, Clifden). In wild and wooly weather, it was very good to head "home" to cozy lodgings.

The pod really offers everything to make you feel right at home and is very clean. The shower is big for a small space and very nice. The little kitchenette provides everything that you need to make a small breakfast or dinner. The communication with the host was very easy and friendly. The view is great and the surrounding area is also very beautiful. Ennischrone is very cute and you can spend a great day at the stunning beach.

Boasting a terrace and views of garden, Westport Country Chalets is a recently renovated chalet situated in Westport, 3.7 km from Westport Train Station. This chalet features free private parking, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. Rooms are fitted with a patio. We had a great stay in Westport Country Chalets. The chalet was warm, clean, spacious and cosy. The shower was 10/10 and the kitchen facilities were perfect, everything you needed. The view from the chalet of the mountains was stunning. We were blessed with the weather too. It's just a short drive into town where you have everything. Great location! Hosts were super at communicating too! Great stay, would absolutely recommend! Only thing I'd mention is that I would recommend having a car with you if you plan on staying here to get around. The onsite parking is perfect too!

We had the king room with a view. We could have stayed here for days and just enjoyed the view. The birds in the morning were heavenly. The house was very clean and Ann was extremely generous. We enjoyed our conversations, tea and porter cake. We will hopefully come back one day. Thank you for everything.
