The pod is privately owned with lovely owners, so you won't be on a camp site and will have your own privacy. Wifi was good enough to work on my emails or watch movies, no issue on that. It is located 5km from town so very peaceful yet not remote and very easily accessible. I spent 5 nights in this gorgeous little gem in october, and even during storm Amy it felt so cosy to just stay in and read (it is very well insulated but there is an electrical heating which heats up very quickly). There is even a kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave so even if the weather is bad you can stay in no problem. I loved it and I think it is perfect in every ways.

Comfortable beds and linens, ample parking, privacy, and superb, modern bathroom and kitchen, both of which were stocked well beyond expectations, with a daily refresh for our multiple day stay. Owners were available, knowledgeable about the area, concerned about our comfort and sooo friendly. The beautiful and expertly maintained grounds were an added bonus...gorgeous gardens, well-lit pathways, fragrant flowers, and a stunning river view. An amazing first impression of the Irish countryside. A short drive to a lovely town with great shops and restaurants.

It is such a special place and if you want a taste of Ireland and a place to rest and take in the countryside it is perfect. A beautiful brook running through the woods, chickens, ducks and an apple orchard. It is idyllic. We couldn’t believe our luck to spend a night somewhere so beautiful.

Once you enter it you are welcomed by the finest of finishes and the best equipment. The layout is perfect, and contains all creature comforts you could possibly want. We only spent one night, but felt completely recharged and relaxed.
