The location is peaceful and scenic, just a short walk to a beautiful beach with amazing views of Tory Island and the mountains. The pods were clean, cozy, and well-equipped—perfect for a comfortable stay close to nature. Communication with the host was excellent—clear, friendly, and helpful throughout. Highly recommended for a relaxing break in Donegal.

Great location , we could reach all sightseeing points within 15-30 min drive,the pod was excellent , so nice and cozy , attention to details ,private ,enjoyed jacuzzi so much , we had a lovely time !

Zeer ruim, goed ingericht en schoon huis. Het tegenover het huis liggend hotel is een aanrader voor ontbijt en diner! Brian informeerde regelmatig of alles in orde was.

Abbey Lodge 4 bedroom Apartment bevindt zich in Ardara, op slechts 10 km van golfclub Narin & Portnoo, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en uitzicht op de bergen. Location wise, Abbey lodge is near every place we went to, 30 min drive to tourist destinations. The apartment is huge and can cater 4 families. The amenities are complete- loads of utensils, pots and pans, crockery - we didnt have a problem bringing home wet clothes from swimming at the beach because they have a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The view from our room is amazing, overlooking the lake and the mountains. The beds and pillows are so comfy. It’s like home away from home. The host is very responsive as well as accommodating. Will recommend this place!

What can I say, when I was looking for accomodation in Donegal I never thought I'd find a place like The Blue House. Everything about this place is wonderful, from the ease of checking in and out, to the cleanliness and facilities. Where it is situated is the perfect place for a get away from everyday life which is exactly what we were after. A local pub just a couple of minutes walk away was fantastic and the staff so friendly and Donegal centre just 10mins drive, what more could a person ask for. We will definitely be returning The Blue House.

The Gamekeeper's Lodge is gelegen in Ardara, op slechts 17 km van golfclub Narin & Portnoo, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en uitzicht op de zee. The Gamekeeper's Lodge had the rustic facade of an 18th century building but an interior that was completely modernized. The bedrooms were perfect with a master bedroom en suite and two very comfortable bedrooms upstairs. It is a very private location with a nice area to park in front of the lodge. My two companions and I were delighted with the accommodation and the friendliness of our host, Gerard.

We had a very lovely night in this cozy cabin! The hosts are very very friendly and attentive (they gave us recommendations what we could do that day) and the cabin has a small kitchen with a stove and a fridge, which was really nice. The cabin was also decorated so nicely - we loved it! We would definitely come back!
